The people, values
and care behind
Lollipop Lane.

At Lollipop Lane, our educators understand each child’s routines, friendships, interests, worries, and achievements. We share what guides our care, how we build relationships, and why families trust us daily.

What Lollipop Lane Means to Our Families

The heart of Lollipop Lane is our community.

For us, Lollipop Lane is more than a place for children to learn and play. It’s a place where children feel known, families feel supported, and meaningful relationships grow over time.

But perhaps the best way to understand what makes Lollipop Lane special is to hear from the families and little people who experience it every day.

Our Approach

Play, Learn, Grow.

At Lollipop Lane, our philosophy is the foundation of our service and guides our commitment to high-quality education and care for young children.

Play

Play is how children explore ideas, practise social skills, build confidence and make sense of the world around them.

Learn

Learning happens through conversations, routines, creative experiences, problem-solving and meaningful moments with educators.

Grow

Growth looks different for every child. We support each child’s independence, emotional confidence and readiness for their next stage.

Our Approach

Relationships
  • secure, respectful, reciprocal relationships
  • children feel safe, secure and supported
  • parents and extended family are children’s first teachers
  • collaborative partnerships with families
  • respect for diversity and community backgrounds

We welcome children from 6 weeks to 5 years, with programs designed for babies, toddlers, 3–4 year olds and kindergarten-aged children.

Jahnavi
Centre Manager

Jahnavi

Jahnavi has been part of the Lollipop Lane family for over 20 years, growing with the service through a variety of roles before becoming Centre Manager. As a mum herself, with her daughter having attended Lollipop Lane before moving on to school, she has experienced first-hand what families are looking for when choosing early education for their child. She is passionate about celebrating the individuality of every child and believes that every family deserves to feel heard, valued and supported. By working in partnership with families, Jahnavi strives to create a true home away from home where children feel safe, confident and free to learn, play and be themselves. She is dedicated to continually improving the service while preserving the warm, family-focused culture that has made Lollipop Lane such a special place for generations of families.
Antonia
Assistant Centre Manager

Antonia

As our Assistant Centre Manager, Antonia has been a valued member of the Lollipop Lane team for 15 years, helping to ensure each day runs smoothly for our children, families and educators. As a mum herself, she knows how reassuring it is to have a team that genuinely cares for your child. Behind the scenes, Antonia is also our accounts whiz, keeping everything organised while supporting the leadership team with the many moving parts of running a busy early learning service. Her caring nature, attention to detail and commitment to our family-owned values help make Lollipop Lane the warm and welcoming place it is today.
Gracie
Educational Leader

Gracie

Gracie has been part of the Lollipop Lane family for many years, both as an educator and as a parent. Her two older children attended Lollipop Lane before starting school, and now her youngest has begun their own journey in our Nursery. After recently returning from maternity leave, she is excited to be back supporting both children and educators while completing her Bachelor of Education, which she will finish at the end of this year. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Gracie is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and mentoring educators to be the very best they can be. Her unique perspective as both an educator and a Lollipop Lane parent helps her build genuine partnerships with families and support every child to thrive.
Tanya
Early Childhood Teacher

Tanya

As part of our leadership team, Tanya is a fully registered teacher with 18 years of experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for early childhood education to Lollipop Lane. Holding a Bachelor of Teaching (Primary & Early Years), she leads our Kindergarten program and is committed to providing children with a positive and confident transition to school. Tanya also mentors university students as they begin their careers in early childhood education, sharing her knowledge and helping to inspire the next generation of educators. Her calm, supportive approach and dedication to high-quality teaching make her a valued member of both our team and the wider Lollipop Lane community.

Quality & Child Safety

Quality you can feel every day.

Our service is guided by the National Quality Standard, covering the areas that shape children’s everyday experience — from education and health to relationships, environments and leadership.

Our Commitment to Child Safety

Children’s safety, rights, and wellbeing guide our decisions. We listen to children, help them identify safe adults, encourage speaking up, manage images and technology carefully, and set clear expectations for all who work with or visit our service.
