Our yoga programs get children learning and moving!
Yoga helps the children’s body, mind, strength, flexibility and breathing. It is storytelling, imagination and visualisation. Our program is adapted for each age group and we often combine with other learnings (for example, incorporating counting in various languages).
Each Room has Educators with Yoga competencies and periodically we bring in outside Yoga teachers to inspire and encourage our children and staff.
Above all our focus is having FUN with movement (and not practicing perfect poses!).
